Good Vibrations
“I wish to share my sincere thanks for sharing the good vibrations project with school- my team were amazed by the approach and the way the session is… it’s exactly what some of our highest need pupils need to support their sensory wellbeing and attention and focus needs.
It is a brilliant intervention that I shall recommend to no end!”
– Headteacher
What is Good Vibrations?
Good Vibrations is a group-based project using music as a vehicle to promote and support the development of social communication and interaction skills, helping to build positive relationships and encourage collaboration through working together.
“We are really impressed with this project. The group of children are so engaged and believe me this is an enormous challenge for certain members of the group.
We wanted to extend the project because the LSAs don’t feel confident yet to take it on and it did take a couple of weeks for the children to engage properly. It will be interesting to see how they progress next term- but just seeing the smiles on some of the children’s faces is very rewarding.”
- Headteacher, St Matthews Primary
